I work in a civil rights law firm and all of our cases have to do with police misconduct. Cops are a paid gang and what you say is true, police officers are not here to fight crime or protect and serve. They are protected by qualified immunity and rarely disciplined even though the city has to pay out millions to families of victims every month.
